[MR] Finding the Duncarraig Archery Marshall

While I was working at Herald's Point at Pennsic I had a great interaction with an Archery Marshall from Duncarraig. At least that is where I think he was from. There was so much going on and I was unable to place my fingers on the specific information when I returned home. He has a Mongol name. If anyone knows him or knows of him I would appreciate either passing this note on to him or sending me his contact information. Thank you in advance.
