[MR] Possible Gas Theft at Pennsic

i doubt anyone is stealing gas only since the last time that was done was in
the 70's and most cats don't know how to do it.  i wouldn't be surprised
though.

one of my grandsquires also had his vehicle hit while parked and nobody
fessed up.  it's a sad thing.
