[MR] SCA License Plate back in circulation

After much deliberation, I have returned the Virginia license plate “SCA” to
get one that better reflects my primary hobby. (SCA is a secondary hobby for
me these days.) I would like it to belong to someone who is REALLY active.
If you are interested, you can probably reserve it online at
http://www.dmv.state.va.us/. If the DMV requires a letter from me, I will
provide one.
