Please cross-post to the Campfire for anyone planning on coming down 
this evening.

Catalina just received a call from the Girl Scout Council. They 
informed her that we can't be on site until 6:00pm! So all you folks 
that have asked what you can do to help out...we will need people to 
help set stuff up.

We are looking at setting up the auxiliary pavilion and the list 
fence. Donal and Catherine are going to have a pavilion to set up as a 
dayshade as well. We may need to move some picnic tables. Since it 
will be later in the afternoon/evening for those who are camping 
tonight, we will just need to help get each others' campsites set up 
(the SCAdian way).
