[MR] Pennsic travels - Updates on I-70 construction?

You should probably write up your summary for posting in the Florilegium, or
perhaps in permanence on the Pennsic website.

While construction and accidents will be in different places from year to
year, traffic bottlenecks are forever. While many of us in the northern
reaches of Atlantia, or the southern reaches of East Kingdom or AEthelmaerc
will be generally familiar with the usual delays, this information would be of
value to people from the southern reaches of Atlantia, and even from kingdoms
further south.
