Master Evan remembers correctly. I bestowed that rank on Mistress Jaelle
concomitant with naming her Argent Snail Herald Extraordinary. Anton made
a gift to her of the title, itself. This was my first official act as Triton.

This does not diminsh the honor bestowed on Mistress Alisoun.
