[MR] Court Report, Tournament of Chivalry, 4/19/08

Herewith follows the business of the court of Their Excellencies Rorik and Janina, Baron and Baroness of mighty Storvik, on the occasion of the Tournament of Chivalry in the ancient lands of Storvik, April 19, A.S. XLII (2008).

The fighters of Storvik were called forward into the Baronial presence to receive Storvik favors from Their Excellencies, who were grateful for their fighting prowess.

Lord James Griffin was called forward to receive the scrolls due to him and his lady wife, Lady Kim of Wolfshaven, who were inducted into the Order of the Golden Dolphin at Defending the Gate/Stierbach Baronial Investiture (3/22/08). Their Excellencies called forward all members of the Order of the Golden Dolphin who were present in court.

On behalf of the autocrat, Lady Griele vanden Burghr, her lord and the Marshal in Charge for the event, Duke Badouin MacKenzie of Balfour, was called into court to report on the proceedings of the event and to thank the populace for attending.

Their Excellencies called forward the newcomers to the Known World and thanked them for their presence.

Acelina le Dragon was called before Their Excellencies, who praised her for her exceptional help to others at the last three events she attended and presented her with the Baronial Award of Excellence.

Finally, the Baron and Baroness turned to their herald, Lady Patricia of Trakai, and called her forward to thank her for her service and make her a Companion of the Lozulet. 

Master Donal Mac Ruiseart, Conch Herald, helped Lady Patricia close the court of Their Excellencies.
