[MR] OT - scadian needs help finding a cooking externship ASAP

Unto my fair cousins do I, M. Rosalind send greetings and an urgent 
request. I have a friend, Cat James, who needs a 6 week externship 
working in a pastry shop or bakery business, in order to complete her 
program at the Le Cordon Bleu school. I have attached the information 
for anyone who can take her on, or knows of someone who can. It does not 
have to be a paid externship - she can work for free, as long as the 
requirements are met to complete her degree. I humbly request that those 
of us in the food industry help her out if at all possible, as she needs
