Greetings,

 

First, We apologize for starting a conversation that has turned so heated
and at times personal.  Although We are both fans of enlightened discourse
and impassioned debate, We feel that this has not occurred in a number of
the responses to Our desire to see the army visually united in one small
way.  I know that the veterans of many campaigns easily recognize the
important Heraldry of our Kingdom and others but the newer fighters with
which the army swells, do not have this skill yet.  It was Our desire to
help these fighters recognize friend, ally and foe on the battlefield.
Instead, we have started arguments and fostered hard feelings amongst some
of the people we sought to unite and support.

 

If you wish to wear a mantle with Spike with us this year at Pennsic, please
do so.

 

If you do not wish to wear a mantle with Spike, please do not.
