We are pretty indivually minded here (no set peerage
oaths, etc.) and that has bleed over into the
ceremonies. In other words, each is unique and all the
ways that you have described have been used, and then
some. There is no 'set' ceremony thought we do
sometimes go through fades. The most common recent
fade is the crown on the thrones vacated and guarded
by someone.
