Good lady,

Please do not trouble yourself. When the time comes for you to be called
into court, roll on up there in the wheelchair, incline your head as a form
of respect to the Crowns or Baronage, and let them continue their business
with you. Court is not meant to make those being honored uncomfortable, but
to bestow deserved honors and to show the populace who to emulate. Do not
attempt stairs or otherwise incapacitate yourself, just show respect in
whatever manner you are able.
