Gentle Cousins,

Forgive my intrusion on your lovely afternoon; I thought I would ask one of
the largest assemblages of smart, historically savvy people I know of,
before I go spinning off into confusion.  :)

Is there anyone in the house who considers her- or himself knowledgeable
about the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, or (even better) has ever either been
to or lived in Luxembourg City?  I need to pick someone's brain on something
for a writing project, and promise to dedicate the tale to the individual
