Greetings Atlantia from HRM Sinclair,

 

Fighters of Atlantia,

 

I send this message to fighters new and old.  To those who seek the path to
Chivalry, which is itself just yet another path to be traveled down, and to
those who have already felt the buffet and been bidden to Arise a Knight.
The Tournament of Chivalry calls you all to mighty Storvik at this weeks end
to test your skill and to train.  Members of the Chivalry will stand ready
to face those unbelted fighters who rise to the challenge.  His Grace, Duke
Badouin MacKenzie, with the aid of the Knights of Atlantia, has prepared a
day of fighting and training to help improve the fighting skills of unbelted
fighters of Atlantia. The following day, a practice of the arts of war will
be held to help the Armies of Atlantia prepare for the coming conflict to
the North.  

 

I urge all fighters to attend that are able to do so.  This event is special
in many ways but it does specifically help the commanders of the Army
determine where the skills of our next generation of Knights currently stand
as well as the general prowess of our Army.  Come.  Show your mettle with
the weapon or weapons of your choice.  Be seen and ask questions of those
there to teach and instruct.

 

I myself will be unable to attend as I have obligations elsewhere but know
that I have people at the event to watch, and report back to me on the
abilities of the Unbelts of Atlantia and the readiness of them as an Army to
take to the field at Pennsic and to overcome ANY army that our opponents
dare to stand in our path.
