The pre-reg form has been posted (with the correct pricing) and information has been listed under some activities.  More information will be coming in as it gets organized and the site will be updated as this information becomes available. A merchant pre-reg form is coming soon.

A schedule of activities will be posted closer to the date of the event. 

Their Majesties have stated that they intend to meet with all of their polling orders at Sapphire.  A schedule for this will be made available closer to the event. 

Please note there is a price discount for pre-registering for the event before May 1.  

Also note that there has been a policy change on pets.  

There have been a number of emails with questions on how to preregister a camp. When you mail in your prereg form with your camp name listed, it will be added to a master list of encampments and anyone else who preregs with the same camp name will be included in the encampment.
