Well fret-knot, for you will soon have a chance to rectify this! Join the heralds of Atlantia at this Spring's Crown Tourney and get your very own Name and Device! That's right a name of your very own! Just think, no more: "Hey you! Ummm... Dude... What is your name?". Be able to walk proudly into Court when you very own, personal, one-of-a-kind name is called out!

Also you will also have the opportunity to submit a heraldic device (also known as a "coat-of-arms"), that will be for your EXCLUSIVE use!!! That's right! Each and every device will have the entire "Guild of Feral, Rabid Heralds", who's entire life is center finding opportunities to gnaw the ankles off of heraldic offenders, protecting your device from unauthorized use!

So, how do you get yourself one of these handy-dandy Names and Devices? Glad you asked! Just bring yourself and $10.00 per submission to the Heraldic Consult Table at Crown Tourney and you will be assisted by our Well-trained (house-broken), Friendly (tipsy), Heraldic Staff. The consult table will be opened after the Procession has been completed.

If you have ever wondered what you can do with a device, I highly recommend watching the Crown Tourney Procession to see one of the most wonderful heraldic displays in the SCA. 

And remember, nothing says thank you to a herald like Mead! <just kidding>
