[MR] Nat'lZooDemo - Last Call

I am prepping the needs list for our demo at the Nat'l Zoo. If you are
going to come and help with this wonderful project and have needs of - 

Tables
Chairs
Electricity
Water
Cover (We prefer SCAdian pavillions)

Pleaselet me know now so that the Zoo staff can get their plans
together. we will have a space of about 1/4 acre in front of the
Liopn/Tiger exhibit, directly across from the bathrooms and the POLICE
HQ. The Zoo will close early that afternoon to set up forthe Guppy Gala
Event. we will have access in with vehicles and a reserved parking
area. All SCA people will get free admission, of course, but you must
let me know you are coming. 

i'm still looking for whole families in garb to add color to the show.
Kids in garb will be a wonderful addition.

Try to get back to me asap, I need to put the needs proposal in the Zoo
staff hands early next week.
