[MR] Night on the Town Question

Good Lady,

Currently the weather only calls for isolated thunderstorms, so with any
luck they will hold off until feast. There is technically a covered pavilion
where fighting has taken place in the past, but I do not know what the
Marshal in charge has planned.

Have faith that this event will be fun for fighters, rain or shine, as it
has been in the past.
