[MR] Encampment Reservations for War of the Wings II

We are having much confusion with encampment reservations.  If you are 
camping with a main group and subgrouping inside that encampment, please 
put only the name of your main group on the reservation form.  The 
coordinator for your main group will need to handle how to divide the 
subgroup when you arrive at the War. 

If you have already sent in your reservation and you are concerned about 
the encampment name that you have listed, please email me at 
allegranza at roanwoulfe.com.  We need to get a completed list to the 
encampment planner by the 8th of October so that there is little or no 
confusion on the weekend of the event.
