I found the document by Baras-aghur by going to Google and typing in
"Mongolian naming practices marta". The bibliography lilsts at least one
other article you seek and it comes from Ansteorra. You might try
contacting the Ansteorran heralds.
Further down the page is a link to another of the articles you seek and what
appears to be a wealth of other Mongolian information.
Another source is The Mongolia Society based at Indiana University - a
worldwide association that pursaues virtually anything Mongolian. The
website is www.mongoliasociety.org .
That should get you started. We don't have a lot of heralds heavily
versed in Mongolian names but I'm doing my best to get a few acquainted with
the Mongolian practices up here in Bright Hills.
