This is the copy that been at the National Archives. Now we know why it 
was being pulled from display there, I guess.

True for you... the William Wallace fans in the tavern might be gratified 
to know that it was WW's victory at Stirling Bridge that convinced Edward 
to accede to the wishes of his barons and re-issue the Charters. 1297 
marks the effective beginning of the "British constitution".
