Hey, now...Just because we have the castles does not mean we have the
funds...Just like newly made nobles in the Middle Ages, we tend to rent our
properties.  Like this one, for example, which we hired for Crown in 2005...

the SCA, you will find that the West kingdom and Caid have the means to
*purchase* something like this.
