I have just returned from Camp York so for those that were curious I
have an update on the cabins.  The rangers have been working on
repairing the cabins but the repairs are things like replacing cracked
boards and such so you will not see any significant changes to the site.
Below are the answers to some of the most common questions about the
site.
 
The cabins do have electricity but you only have one outlet.
 
The cabins have screen windows with wooden shutters but due to repairs
not all windows have shutters.
 
You cannot drive to your cabin so anything you bring must be carried to
your cabin and some of the cabins are a fair walk.  The site has one
wheelbarrow we can use for transport but you may want to consider
bringing your own.
 
Parking is limited.
 
The current forecast for Crown is a high of 67 and a low of 42 so the
weather should be really nice.
