9:00 a.m.   Youth Combat authorizations begin

10:00 a.m.  Youth Combat begins
10:00 a.m.  A&S set up in the hall
10:00 a.m.  Newcomer Orientation (meet in the hall)

10:30 a.m.  Newcomer site tour begins (meet in the hall)

11:00 a.m.  Heavy weapons inspection and authorizations begin
11:00 a.m.  Rapier inspection and authorizations begin
11:00 a.m.  Baroness' tea for Newcomers (Baronial pavilion)

12:30 p.m.  Archery inspections begin

1:00 p.m.   Heavy weapons tournament 
1:00 p.m.   Rapier tournament
1:00 p.m.   Archery tournament

2:00 p.m.   Children meet in the hall for pumpkin decorating

3:00 p.m.   Pick up all A&S items from the hall
3:00 p.m.   Children's trick-or-treating tour
3:00 p.m.   Check-in closes

4:30 p.m.   Baronial Court

5:30 p.m.   **those reserved for feast -please set up for feast, then  please
            leave the hall.***

6:00 p.m.   Feast begins

8:00 p.m.   Mask Ball begins
