Greetings,
Here is the menu for Treasures On The Tides
First course - Morrocco
Babaganush - Eggplant dip
Hummus - Chickpea and sesame dip
Pitas
Kefta - lamb and beef meatballs
Roasted Peppers
Tubule - bulger wheat with onion, cucumber, currents, mint, parsley with a
light oil/vinegar dressing
Second Course - Spain
Paella - Rice, onions, peppers, chicken, sausage, shrimp and scallops
Note - for this course rice and chicken will be avilable for those who have
allergies and/or are vegetarian.
Third course - Italy
Beef with assorted sauces (Limonata Salsa and Lombarda Salsa)
Rappe Turnips (Turnips in beef broth with saffron)
Frito Mixto (mixed fried seafood)
Menestra de piselli (Pea dish for lent)
Dessert course - Middle East
Dried fruits and nuts
baklava
halva (sesame paste)
