This weekend, the VA State Patrol is holding one of their "Air, Land, Speed"
parties, targeting aggressive enforcement along highways 81 and 95. As an
example, between exits 240 and 220 on 81 south just now, I counted 4 state
trooper marked cars, 1 unmarked car, and an SUV.
