[MR] format for crown

the first round of crown this weekend will be a blind draw.  byes will be
moved forward into the winners bracket.

the finals will be best three of five with no repeated weapons form unless
it comes to a final round.  the final round (if needed because of a 2-2 tie)
will be each combatants choice.

the weapons form in the finals will be chosen from a hat by me before each
round except a fifth round if needed (see above).
