We all know that modern hangers don't really work on our garb.  Here, 
from the National Park Service at Harper's Ferry, are instructions for 
making custom ethafoam hangers, AND a supply source list.  So get out 
your pliers and lets get bent...I mean.. let's get bending! :-) Here is
