According to the Applefest website, they will begin shutting down roads and changing traffic patterns at 8am on Saturday.  Best to avoid the whole Darlington downtown area on Saturday morning.  The traffic patterns will be reversed (but still messed up) begining at 5pm and will remain so until they decide enough people have cleared out.   I would recomend staying off Rt 161 the whole time.  We are exiting 95N at exit  77B  onto Emmorton Rd/MD-24 N toward Bel Air  and heading up Rt1.
