Greetings,

I've got a good start at putting together a track of cooking/food
related classes for Winter University (2/2/08 in Franklin, VA).  If
anyone is interested in teaching a food related class could you please
send me the following information?


> Please include the following information:
> - Instructor name (SCA and modern)
> - Class title
> - Fees (if any)
> - max number of students (if any)
> - duration of class
> - synopsis of class
> - any special equipment or requirements for the class. This includes
> equipment the instructor would need from the site. E.g.: overhead
> projector, slide projector, etc.
