Changed? In what way, and why? Order business has no business being
discussed except by members of the orders. The requirement to inact law is
that the Curia must be "consulted".  Notice it does not say "approval
required from Curia". Corporea specifically states it is the priveledge of
the Crowns to Make Law " For anyone other than the Monarchs to have final
say in a law is a direct violation of SCA corpora. One of the reasons reigns
last 6 months is to make sure that laws can be repealed by subsiquant
monarchs if needed.
