[MR] Need help

Dear friends,

This is Lord Athalwolf Ironhand long time member of
the SCA and of Atlantia and the "one" time owner and
operator of Bay O'Wolf Creations.

As many of you know I am an Honorably Retired U.S.
Military
man who married a USAF Officer, a somewhat "part-time"
SCA member.

On her transfer to the UK she had everything we owned
shipped to her assignment there, also once there my
Child ended up being "held" in another Country for
what could only be described as a "Ransom".

As many know I was Loren's stay-at-home-parent and
raised her since birth, I was told to even See her
again I would give her a divorce before we hit ten
years of marriage, I was even Threaten with "Military
Security Action" if I tried to get to her - Illegally
- a Violation of my Civil Rights.

I of course Did go get her Knowing it was Illegal -On
Their part- and told them I would get the Police
involved if needed to stop this if they kept being
stupid, once I returned to the U.S. with Loren
everything I ever owned was held for this
same Ransom - being told I would never get my property
back or even be able to Prove there Was property.

Later I found out why she was able to make such a
ridiculous Threat - Screwed-up USAF "Regulations", she
knew of and was using, the Same way she was Using the
USAF overseas Orders to begin with, this flaw in USAF
"regulations" that "Spouses" had NO RIGHTS to the
Government Documents that the USAF had come into their
home and taken everything they ever owned out of the
U.S.

She has Refused to this day to release them to the
U.S. Courts, her Hometown Court in Montgomery County
will "not Question her Honesty" and will not Order
them turned over - the end result of course being she
has said it does not Exist.

I received a small Fraction of everything I ever owned
and Nothing of anything I bought while in the UK,
instead the "honorable officer" who had already told
the Courts I wrecked her car out of spite before
returning to the U.S., wrecked so badly it never could
pass inspection, would not run, would not even Start
so was sold - had photos of it taken by a Highly
Respected SCA man Eight months later running, up-dated
inspection, not a scratch on it and Still tagged and
titled to her and back in the Base Housing Home
driveway.
This "honorable" example of our Country's Military
told the Courts she only kept $400.00 worth of our
property and returned everything else that was mine -
what is still missing and unaccounted for fills one
and a half 18 wheeler trucks, 13 Government Crates at
Over 13,000 Pounds was Documented as having Left the
U.S. Still not accounted for let alone not counting
all that was bought after we got there.
To account for this she also has claimed a storm
destroyed the rest - Military Base Housing Home = No
Required Report made, $100,000.00 insurance policy =
No claim filed, - and no one else Had this storm or
ever heard of it.

I and Loren are not the first this has been done to,
another USAF Spouse with a case Mirroring mine with
how their property was Stolen was/still is on
Congressman's Van Hollen's desk also.
This is what the USAF refers to as "the old play book"
and Laughs while they told me To My Face "Loren was
just Collateral Damage to the Rights We Enjoy".
The "Rights" they are "Enjoying" are these: Because of
the Uniformed Services Former Spouse Protection Act
(USFSPA) which is a Law that after ten years of
marriage while in the Military a Spouse is entitled to
half the Military Retirement.
This became Law back in 1982 and the Military has
tried to get rid of it ever since, some like the USAF
have "regulations" that at this point seem to be
designed for Abuse against Spouses, ways to
"go-around" or be in a position to Dictate demands for
a divorce - Your child for a divorce, your property
for a divorce, the documents your property Existed for
a divorce and Many are Using it just like that once
they get their family Out of the U.S.

This Court does not want to Hear it is the problem I
have faced, so much so that at this point:
My U.S. Government Mail was Opened Illegally by her
father the CPA = acted like they did not hear it and
no action taken. 
He HANDED it to me Inside the Courtroom In front of a
Judge - then came back and said he never Had it before
the Judge = acted as if they did not hear it and no
action was taken.
My Federal Taxes were filed Illegally, again by the
CPA father, who after putting My name and My SSN on it
had the Refund sent to his daughter the "officer's"
private accounts = he Testified how he did it Twice
and the Court acted as if did not hear it and no
action was taken.

No one has been charged with Perjury, the Opening of
U.S. Mail or Tax Fraud, she has been Allowed to steal
Everything Under Government Lading, now they are going
for making me Lose all Contact with Loren because I
will not just rollover, play dead and give up.
She has filed I am crazy because the property Never
Existed and I am Harassing Government Officials for
crimes that Never Happen? and I should not be allowed
to see my little girl again.

Since this "Court" does not want to "question"
anything a U.S. Military "officer" says or her "honor"
and will not make her Prove Anything she says or make
her turnover any Documents on the property what I need
to ask now is this:

Any of you that took pictures of or purchased any of
my furniture I made as Bay O'Wolf Creations or
remembers any of the things I made or Owned please
take the time to gather it up, contact me and if
possible block off time in February for the days of
either the 19th or 20th to Testify on that the
property Did Exist and help me save my ability to even
See my little girl again if not show the Courts there
is a "Problem" and she should be Back in the U.S. and
with me.

I have fought as long and as hard as I can  - alone, I
have not been able to "Buy back" my "Free" U.S. Rights
with money for an attorney or with the Truth and Honor
= 
I am now finally asking for your help.
