[MR] Please Boycott Unevent

*to make Unevent more accessible to all Atlantians, especially those in

As I understand it, Unevent is not "for all Atlantians", however, all
Atlantians may attend.

There are times when the administrative minutiae benefits from the rapid
exchange that a
face to face meeting allows.

 

*Item Two:  The calendar date for Unevent is absolutely atrocious.

 

Unfortunately dates of all SCA events are inconvient someone.

 

*At last year's unevent, that I attended, I learned nothing new that I

*had not already read on the Merry Rose or had already been told by my
seneschal. 

 

I can't tell from your post if you were/are among those required to attend,
or attended at will.
Either way just because YOU learned nothing doesn't mean nobody else got
anything out of

Unevent.

Vivat to your Seneschal for keeping you informed !  Unfortunately, for meant
reasons,

not everyone is so fortunate.

 

*Apparently these discussions at unevent are not for the good of all, only
for the good,

*and aggrandizement(sic) of some special few.

 

Again, just because you were well informed doesn't mean everyone is.
And what about the content of the other meetings happening at the same time
as the one's
you attended ?

The snideness of the comment is not befitting a gentleman, nor anyone here
to "Live the Dream"
