[MR] Please Boycott Unevent

My Greetings to My Fellow Atlantians.
Well, yet another year has passed and I have not seen any discussion/s
about unevent, although I have heard plenty.  So, good Ladies and
Gentlemen, I will start....please consider boycotting Unevent for the
following reasons:
Item one: In the last year, the Kingdom has made absolutely no effort
to make Unevent more accessible to all Atlantians, especially those in
the northern part of Atlantia.
Item Two:  The calendar date for Unevent is absolutely atrocious.

At last year's unevent, that I attended, I learned nothing new that I
had not already read on the Merry Rose or had already been told by my
seneschal.  The subject of unevent itself was absolutely passed over
with no discussion at all, even though many Atlantians had expressed
their displeasure of the place and time of unevent. Apparently these
discussions at unevent are not for the good of all, only for the good,
and aggrandisement of some special few.

With gasoline at an all time high, how can this Kingdom not do what is
right?  It is already a stretch on my budget normally, but in
December, with the holidays, it is simply not do-able this year.

Unevent should be permanently somewhere in the middle of Atlantia and
at another time. With attendance low at Universitys', why not replace
Summer University with unevent? These are doable things that would
benefit everyone in Atlantia.

So please, consider boycotting unevent. Don't just discuss this ad
nauseum, vote with your feet, and don't go.
