[MR] cell phones

For every medical emergency and lost job opportunity there is at least
one unnecessary cell phone usage. I remember walking around Gulf wars
and overhearing two people using their cells to talk from adjoining
tents in broad daylight on a good day. I heard them clearly from the
road (you know how people tend to speak loudly on cells) and their
question was "what are you doing later today?"

If you try to make it fit in without intruding, you will probably
succeed. If you don't care, that too will be obvious.
