[MR] suggestion for new cell phone rules at events

Good question!! :)

I have to say that I have found the furor directed at the use of cell phones 
at events to be a bit humorous considering how prevalent and seemingly 
accepted modern items around the list field at events have been recently.

Before we go tearing off after cell phones and regulating them out of 
events, can we not just try harder to hold ourselves to the standard that 
the Kingdom has already set - and which has been reposted here today? I 
can't help but think by simply doing that, the cell phone issue will be 
resolved.
