[MR] suggestion for new cell phone rules at events

Hello all, 
   
  Thank you so much for this thread.  It made me think about my own lacking manners, so I decided to review.  I looked up a few words, like etiquette and protocol, and I decided to do an internet search to see if proper cellular phone etiquette was available on the net.  Shockingly enough, it is!  After reading a site or two, it became apparent that if we used these simple, socially acceptable rules, everyone would be much happier.  I appreciate that I had the chance to read this information, and I can now incorporate it into my behavior.
