[MR] suggestion for new cell phone rules at events

The following suggestion came to mind at Crown Tourney...

If you're a current or former officer of any sort and your cell phone rings in the middle of an event (say right next to the fighting field) you owe the royal kingdom travel fund $50.00.

If you're a former kingdom officer or kingdom deputy of any sort and your cell phone rings in the middle of an event you owe the royal kingdom travel fund $100.00

If you're a current or former kingdom officer and your cell phone rings twice in the middle of an event, you owe the royal kingdom travel fund $100.00 plus the autocrat has the right to confiscate and then run over said cell phone! Would that hurt the tires?

Sounded great after the same bloody cell phone rang three times! <grin>
