Hotels: There are several hotels 12 miles from site in Wytheville, VA. We are working to get a black of rooms at an SCA group rate. More info to follow.
Directions: From points north: I-81 south to exit 72 (I-77 north) to exit 52 (Bland) Turn right off of ramp and proceed to stop sign. Turn left and then turn right onto East Bluegrass trail (US 42) School is at top of hill on right. From NC: I-77 north out of NC into VA. Follow I-77 as it merges with I-81 south for about 8 miles. Take exit 72 and follow above directions from there.
Several people have commented that the site is in the middle of nowhere in Bland, VA. I assure you, travel is all interstate until the Bland exit, the school is less than a mile from the exit on a main road. The site is roughly an hour and a half from Roanoke, VA and 2 1/2 from Charlottle, NC. if that helps judge the distance.
