 It is with great pleasure that  the Canton of Salesberie Glen, in the Barony of Sacred Stone, invites  the esteemed  populace of Atlantia to the Twelfth Night  celebrations of Their Royal Majesties, Logan Ebonwoulfe and Rowan Berran  McDowell.
 
 Come help us to celebrate the  holiday season at the aptly named Holiday Inn Hotel and Conference  center located off of Interstate 85 (exit 75) in Salisbury  NC
 
 Dance the chill of evening away  at our masked ball, view the wonders produced by Atlantia's skilled  artisans, cheer those gentles who would strive to be our Kingdom's next  Royal Bard, or simply come to spend the day in fun and in  friendship!
 
 On Friday evening, we will be  hosting a bardic circle and small welcome reception to help greet those  Atlantian's who have traveled great distances to join us for this  event.  Hospitality will be available from 10pm until approximately  2am.

 Artisans's Row/Display -  Artisans of Atlantia, come display your finest or bring your Works in  Progress!  No hurrying to remove displays by 4pm.. our Artisan's  area will be open until site closes at midnite, so there will be plenty  of time for everyone to come and view and comment on your  work.
 
 Masqued Ball - a masked ball is  being planned for Saturday evening... display your masque in the day's  competition and then wear it to the ball!  Can you tell who is  who? 

Middle Eastern Dance Performance - Court Dancing not your thing? That's okay!  We are currently planning on a Middle Eastern Dance performance/exhibition.  Coordinated by Mistress Kisaiya Zingara.

 Hospitality:
There is no formal feast  planned for this year's Twelfth Night celebrations, but do not despair,  for there are several food options.  First, there will be an  all-day hospitality suite with light fare and beverages available to  all. Should you or your group be interested in making a  donation of foodstuffs to the Hospitality suite, please contact our  Hospitality Coordinator, Lady Muireann of Hindscroft (hospitality_twelfthnite at charter.net)
 
 The site also has an  on-site restaurant which is open to us for Lunch and Dinner.  Lunch  Buffet and Dinner Buffet includes Salad Bar, 2 main entrees, Starch,  Vegetables, Rolls and butter as well as Sweet/Unsweetened  Tea,  Coffee and assorted Desserts.  These will be available at a cost of  $10.00 per adult (which includes tax and gratuity) and $6.50 for  children ages 4-11. 
 
 A Cash bar will also be  available to all gentles over the age of 21 on Saturday evening from 6pm  to midnight.
 
 Lodging:
The Holiday Inn has set aside a  100 room block until December 15th at a rate of $69.99 per night. Please  use the group name "SCA" to reserve your rooms.  We have currently  have 40 Rooms with King size beds and 60 rooms with two Double  beds.  Please reserve early in order to guarantee your discounted  rate.

Site Restrictions: All outside  alcohol and food must be contained to sleeping rooms or Hospitality  suite.  Absolutely no original containers. Smoking restricted to  designated areas.
 
 Directions: Take Interstate 85  to exit 75 (Jake Alexander Blvd) From Northbound 85, take left off of  exit ramp and hotel will be on your right.  From Southbound 85,  take right off of exit ramp and hotel will be on your left.
