[MR] cell phones at events

An emergency situation can always bring exceptions. But ignoring the same call 3 times in 3 hours isn't an emergency situation. That's just someone being obnoxious to their friend and the people around them.
It is important to not let real life be neglected for our hobby. But if you're in that much of a threat where you could get a call at any minute (and I have been there) then I'm merely inclined to double check to see if my cell phone has run more frequently than 2 hours.
I believe that we've gotten so addicted to some conveniences like our cell phones that we have forgotten how to bring them into an SCA event without intruding on everyone else's fun.
