Greetings From Hidden Mountain to all whom read this missive!

We in Hidden Mountain wish to inform all of the Great celebrations that are happening this next weekend!  May 19th in Allendale SC.  

We are very pleased to Help Our Cousins of Hawkwood  Celebrate their Investiture!
Please cross post this so that all may join in the celebration that is the continuation of our newest Barony in Atlantia!  We look forward to great fighting scenarios, wonderful times with the crown and Our Cousins!  Won't  you please join us and be a witness to the Joy and Celebration of Hawkwood as well as the Birthday Party for Hidden Mountain!  With this much celebrating going on We promise fond memories and wonderful photo opportunities as well as the well known hospitality that is Southern Atlantia! JOIN US this weekend!

   Greetings to all Noble born Lords and Ladies from across the Knowne World!
   Calling Meridian & Trimarian Fighters-Heavy, Youth, Calvary , Rapier, & Archery
   The Barony of Hidden Mountain in the Kingdom   of Atlantia , bids welcome to all!  Those of you who have done Deeds of Chivalry in the face of adversity are invited to come and participate in feats of Honor and Skill.  Compete against other noble warriors from neighboring Kingdoms in Melees & Champion duels.  Set up your encampment upon the lovely shaded grounds in the lowlands of Atlantia.  Feast upon a roasted pig, prepared by Drunken Moose.  Enjoy the drumming and bonfires in the cool spring evening.  Halkwood’s Baronial investiture will take place this day!
     
   There will be Heavy Combat: including a castle Melee & a champion’s Bear Pit, 
   Mounted Activities: including a Crest Tourney, Youth Combat: including a Castle battle & a Troll defending a bridge; Archery, Rapier, Thrown Weapons:  scenarios open for discussion.
     
   A&S Beyond Chivalrous Deeds: Bardic, Period Favors, any form any time your choice,
   Competitions will include Brewing, Heraldic Display, and Period Tasty Delights.

         Horses must pre-register. There is a stall fee.
   Feast is limited to 120.                                                              3 dormitory style rooms with Single bunk beds are available for $15.00 per night. There is a $3.00 Non Member sir charge. An attempt must be made at pre 17th century clothing. Limited loaner garb to be available
     
   There will be a Jousting Demo - come and watch the excitement.
   Participants must be pre-approved with the Kingdom Marshall of the Horse.

   Directions:
   Take your best route to I 95 exit 38 in South Carolina , taking SC-68 towards  HAMPTON .  Take SC 68 west/north to 278  Hampton .  Continue through Hampton  on US 278 to Brunson. Take a left on Hanna (1 block past Exxon station on left) go approximately 15 miles to third stop sign. Turn left on to  Bluff Road , (S-3-22), Go 3 miles, take a Left on to Cedar Knoll Road  (S-3-60); go aprox. 1.5 miles, then left on dirt road, at Lakeview Plantation sign.
