Please get your pre-registrations in AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The feast is selling out very fast (less than 25 spots left) and there will NOT be a waiting list at the door.

If you are planning to teach at Sapphire Joust and have not talked to the A&S coordinators, you have until May 10th to do so.

Those who would like a tent on the list field, you can add a note in your pre-registration with the tent dimensions. If you have sent your pre-reg in, contact sapphirejoust at yahoo.com with your request. (We are only accepting requests from those who have pre-registered.) It is first come, first serve and spots are going quickly. Please period tents only. 

If you are planning to bring a dog to Sapphire, please read this year's dog policy. It is strict and will be enforced. 

Note on the Children's activities: It will be occurring on Sat and Sun from 12 to 4 pm. The activities are geared for 6-14 year old children. We are asking parents whose children participate to please donate a little time (at least an hour).
