[MR] archer guard and sapphire

for pennsic, crusades, and gulf wars i am considering employing an archer
guard to integrate into my cavalry unit.  the requirements will be fairly
small but very important.  first, anyone interested in being part of this
guard needs to be dressed appropriately.  if your kit needs some work dont
worry, i will let you know what improvements need to be made and will help
you get those done.  second, we move.  a lot.  you will have to be able to
run with us.  third, you will need to be available for some practices.  i
need archers that will be in the middle of the fights with us and who will
pick smart targets and work as a unit.  not a separate unit but as part of
my cav unit.

will be appointing an archer general for my guard at some point soon and
that person will be responsible for organizing the guard and getting
information about practices sent out.
