[MR] Weeping Radish Medieval Festival Demo-Looking for participants

Greetings!
I have spoken to some people about this, but I am  looking for a headcount
on how many people are interested in going.
There is a Medieval Festival at the Weeping Radish Brewery on June 9-10 and
they have asked us to do a demo there. This is located over by the Outer
Banks in North Carolina, which is a beautiful area.

What they are looking for:
Heavy Fighters, Rapier Fighters, Archers, Singers, Jugglers, and
Entertainers.
We are not in charge of anything, we just have to show up and do what we
do.....

What they are offering:
Free camping to those involved. Period tents are on the fair grounds,
non-period tents are close by. You can set up June 8th and break down June
11th, if you choose.
A food plan for those involved:

A nice breakfast and good lunch for SAT and SUN, 10$ per day per person.

Saturday night a buffet feast ($17 for adults, $12 for ages 10-17. 10 and
under free) Menu includes beef, chicken, turkey legs, mashed potatoes,
breads, butter, etc.

The site is a brewery so ages 21 and over can drink.

Each living history organization will be required to perform a demonstration
at arms once per day.

Demonstration shall last no more than thirty minutes and show case the
different types of weapons and forms within the groups preview. A herald and
or marshal will announced to the public the actions within the list.

An area will be set aside for the demonstration of target archery and thrown
weapons. Straw bales will be provided, no targets.

They are also willing to make a donation to the SCA in exchange for
participants, either  your local group or the Kingdom in general.

So, we are trying to get a final headcount of people interested in
attending. I personally think that it is going to be an awesome faire, and
would love for the Kingdom of Atlantia to show up. To get the free camping
and such, we do have to tell them in advance you are going to attend.
