Here comes that correction. :)

LiveJournal Terms of Service XIV.3 begins "LiveJournal claims no ownership
or control over any Content posted by its users."

Obviously, you grant them a limited right to reproduce your writings as
a necessary incident to the service offered, but that is implicit.
