[MR] Pennsic Gift Basket Kingdom?

Before Gulf Wars a couple people mentioned to me that rather than doing a
Pennsic basket for each kingdom we were only going to do one.  However no
one was able to tell me which kingdom it was.  Do we have an answer yet? 
If anyone wants to do something time consuming the project needs to be
started soon.
