The Kingdom Arms are the same as what was once registered to "Atlantia, 
King of" if that's what you were asking. That was changed a number of 
years back to reflect the possibility that we might one day have a Queen 
By Right of Arms and a King Consort, although that hasn't happened yet.

Currently we have arms registered for "Atlantia, Kingdom of" and 
"Atlantia, Consort of".

Period usage would indicate that both Sovereign and Consort would 
generally use the arms of the kingdom as necessary.
