I have a questions also about the Spike: Who is authorized to wear the spike and which ones? Is there a "spike" populous badge and where is the proper places to wear said badge?

Actually there is one more:
(Fieldless) A unicornate natural seahorse erect azure, finned argent.
(Basically, the reverse of the first one listed above.)

For whatever reason, only the "golden Spike" was registered facing both
ways. The blue and white versions were only registered with Spike facing
dexter (to your left if you're looking at it, to your right if it's on a
shield you're holding facing someone else). Not that too many folks will
give you grief if you have a blue-n-white Spike facing the other way;
nobody is likely to associate Spike with *anything* except Atlantia!
