[MR] Commedia dell' Arte in DC on Sunday

Greetings Atlantians!
This Sunday, April 1, at 12:15 and 1:45pm, The Greatest Commedia dell' Arte Troupe In The Entire World, that is... i Sebastiani!... will be performing in downtown Washington DC!  The National Museum for Women in the Arts is kicking off a Renaissance - Baroque exhibit with a free family festival all day on Sunday, and i Sebastiani is part of the entertainment!

For anyone who doesn't know yet, commedia dell' arte is 16th century Italian improvised comedy street theater.  It is a theater form that began before a time we can tell, enjoyed a golden age in the later 16th century, and still influences comedic theater today!  Check out www.isebastiani.com for more.

This is a rare treat for the Kingdom of Atlantia!  There's no one better at commedia dell' arte within the scope of SCA period than i Sebastiani - and you get to see them for FREE!
