[MR] Coronation Reservations

I understand from Master John, the reservationist for Coronation, that cabin space is becoming extremely limited.  If you have not sent your reservation and desire cabin space, please mail your reservation tomorrow.  Daily we receive reservations for 10-20 people.

The site is beautiful with plentiful tenting space.  In addition, the coronation website http://coronation.atlantia.sca.org lists a number of hotels within 5-6 miles of site.

Feast space for both feasts is still available.   Remember though, if you want to participate in the plan for the remaining meals, we will prepare only for the number who were pre-reserved.

As to field space, I have received several inquiries.  The field is only accessible from one side, so Lord Jonathan will fill the field from the back to front, first come, first served.  

Their Majesties, King Ragnarr and Queen Anneke, will begin their last court at 1000 with Coronation Court to follow.  Please note that in respect for the dignity of these two events, we will not allow access for field setup from 0930 until after Coronation Court.
